Course Requirements and Length
The course is open to the general public and is appropriate for those who are new to homeopathy. It includes over seven hours of recorded information, including meditations and notes, and can be completed on your own schedule with no time limits.

Introduction to Homeopathy Basics
Calling all parents, caregivers, and those who want to begin to understand homeopathy on a deeper level!
This new course covers the fundamentals of homeopathy, including philosophy, cell salts, acute prescribing and an introduction to polychrests. It includes information that is specific to our school which prioritizes intuition and the organization of information according to “family systems” that you won’t find in other introduction to homeopathy courses.

Live Lecture
Series
These live lectures over the course of two years, cover the breadth of homeopathic materia medica from a family systems, top down approach. They take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays and we alternate times to try to accommodate time zones in USA, Australia and Europe. Lectures are taught by the whole faculty of SIH.
Students will develop a deep understanding of the following topics:
Jan Sholten’s element theory anchored in the alchemy and logic of the periodic table of elements
The use and indications for non-traditionally used but effective nosodes for this modern time such as Lyme, strep, candida, mycoplasma, coxsackie, and more
An expanded approach to understanding miasms as outlined by Rajan Sankaran
An intuitive understanding of the unique sensations of plant families and the healing gifts the plant world has to offer to us
The exciting world of animal remedies and identifying animal patterns in cases
Methodologies for deeper case taking such as guided meditations, hypnosis states, and developing empathy
An emphasis on the importance of core constitutional prescribing while also the inclusion of various non-traditional approaches to homeopathy
Building a solid foundation for the use of polychrests while at the same time exploring newer remedies such as gemstones, colors and imponderables
Treating special needs children with autism, PDD-NOS, PANDAS/PANS, Lyme disease and co-infections, and other autoimmune conditions
Case management for difficult cases
Naturopathic/herbal and nutritional support for detoxification and strengthening of the immune system
Building an inner guidance system to help you intuitively navigate choices
The development of the SELF as key to being an effective homeopath through establishing well-rounded health, balance in one’s life, connection to the divine, and being grounded

“I love your belief that we KNOW this information. That is part of the medicine of this course. It is an opposite attitude to my habitual attitude as a homeopath, ie I can never know, or there is too much to know. The way you teach the material just works for me. My experience in practice has seldom been a linear, predictable one.
